How Pipepoxy works.

Locate and confirm the leak.

We perform comprehensive leak detection and confirm the location of the leak with a pressure test on the pipe, hydrophones or a Hand Held Video Pro.
Purge the pipe.

We use a blower/vacuum, to blow out the line.
Sand the pipe.

The sanding process scratches the interior of the pipe to get it ready for the Accumix.
Blow out the debris.

Using a blower/vacuum, we clean the line one more time to remove any debris from the sanding process.
Inject or pour the Accumix.

We calculate and determine the amount of Accumix needed and inject it to coat the interior of the pipe we are repairing/coating.
Coat the Pipe and let dry.

We use a specially designed tool to brush the epoxy throughout the pipe to ensure it’s all coated. This process pushes the epoxy out of cracks, holes, or separations.
Confirm the repair.

We conduct a pressure test with air to ensure the Pipepoxy system succeeded at repairing the pipe in question.
